Definiciones. Gesti\u00f3n de al\u00e9rgenos en procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n, fraccionado, envasado y log\u00edstica. Materias primas. Formulaciones. Manejo de Al\u00e9rgenos en planta. Limpieza. Etiquetado. Capacitaci\u00f3n. Normativa para declaraci\u00f3n de al\u00e9rgenos en alimentos envasados. \u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n. Definiciones. Introducci\u00f3n a la metodolog\u00eda anal\u00edtica aplicada.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Esta jornada se realizar\u00e1 el d\u00eda 17 de Octubre,\u00a0 de 14.30 a 18.30,\u00a0 en la Sala de
