Edmundo Vizgarra G\u00f3mez, Director General de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Santiago del Estero; la Dra. Ing. Roxana P\u00e1ez, Directora de INCUVA -EEA INTA Rafaela; la Ing. Soledad Am\u00edn, propietaria de Panificados Sangiel; el Lic. Guido Bense\u00f1or, propietario de Weisburd Beer y Presidente de AGICA (Asociaci\u00f3n de Graduados en Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencia de los Alimentos); y la colaboraci\u00f3n de Ing. Daniela Neme, miembro de AGICA (Asociaci\u00f3n de Graduados en Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencia de los Alimentos). La Ing.
